Peanut Sauce

This richly flavored sauce is usually served with satays.
Ingredients

1 3/4 c Coconut Milk

3 tb Sugar

2 tb Red Curry Paste

1 c Ground Roasted Peanuts

1/4 c Fish Sauce (Naam Plaa)
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and simmer for 15
minutes, stirring constantly.

Makes 2-1/2 cups.
